The UNSW Startup Year Program is an extraordinary year-long incubator, offering a unique startup pathway for Australian graduates. UNSW Startup Year is a practical and immersive learning journey where they will refine their entrepreneurial skills, gain hands-on experience, and transform their innovative ideas into impactful solutions.

If you’re a Founder or industry expert with a track record in supporting startup success, or a Domain Specialist with invaluable knowledge and skills, we want to hear from you!
💭A day in the life of an XiR
When you’re an expert in your field, we know that your time is a precious resource. When we welcome XiR’s to our team, we do it with flexibility in mind. There’s a range of ways to volunteer your time with us, which could include delivering keynote speeches on your area of expertise, having set office hours for mentoring startups, or even helping in the selection process of our new cohort! Whatever your skillset and availability is, we’d love your contribution to our mission.

Mentoring is more than just offering advice; it's about making a real difference in someone's startup journey. Your guidance and support can help innovators overcome obstacles and achieve things they never thought possible. The impact you have as a mentor can be life-changing, for both you and your mentee.
